What does it taste like?
The first thing you notice is the color, deep amber, rich and alive. Then the aroma: fruity, warm, faintly earthy from the turmeric. The heat arrives the way good heat should, gradually, building from the back of the tongue with the bright, citrusy fire that only a real habanero delivers. But it never burns.
The turmeric rounds every edge, adding a gentle warmth that lingers without the sharp acid bite you get from vinegar-heavy sauces. The finish is clean, smooth, and surprisingly addictive.
Medium heat, bold flavor. Rated 2/5 on heat. 5/5 on everything else.
